In Transition

  2. Yea, sorry about that. Just trying to recover and find an appropriate time and the effort I need to muster to use the kitchen at my new place. I do have a few ideas to do, mostly from SeriousEats' FoodLab, but too tired to execute =)

    1. Glad you're still around! I look forward to seeing you do Basics versions of SeriousEats recipes! I've already done one myself, their "No Waste Tacos de Carnitas" using Basics lard and Basics pork shoulder, which turned out very nicely!
